About Lucky's

We’re all about our small neighborhoods and the people who make them unique. As a local company, we wanted to create something more than just another cleaning service.

At Lucky’s, founder Blake Alford, a Charleston native, is on a mission to support local businesses, keep dollars in the community, and bring some good old-fashioned pride back to the service industry. After too many experiences with workers showing up late or leaving jobs half-done, he asked himself:

"I quickly realized that most service companies were just corporate national franchises, boring and clueless about what makes Charleston so special. There are plenty of window cleaners, but no one seemed to understand the unique skills and equipment needed to restore our historic homes.
